My brother and sister-in-law surprised us with a small chest freezer! We were planning on getting one anyway but they beat us to it. I think the freezer one of the most useful methods of preserving food and am looking forward to using it! First things first though, now the closet has to get organized so we have room to open it..then I'll get to freezing everything I can find!
